How Edmonton Metro Osteopathic Clinic handles the personal information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and message you type. We use them only to reply to you.
How the form is sent
Your message is emailed to the clinic through Resend, an email delivery service, and protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form was submitted by a person. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser to do so.
Booking
Online booking is handled by Jane App on a separate website. Jane’s own privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage information such as the pages visited and the type of device. It does not identify you by name.
How long we keep messages
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the clinic’s email for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence.
